Jewellery from IK sieraden is made with great care and loving attention. In the unfortunate event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item if unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging within 14 working days. The cost of shipment and the risk of the return shipment are borne by you, the client.
Please Note that all ‘made to order’, ‘custom(ised)’ and ‘bespoke’ orders are not eligible for refund, exchange or return.
Please make sure to inform IK sieraden in advance of a return shipment via email info@iksieraden.nl.
You can return your package by registered mail with the accompanying invoice (proof of procurement) to the following address:

Note:
- DO NOT use words such as ‘gold’, ‘goldsmith’ or ‘jeweller’ in the address or on the packaging.
- You can only exchange or return items purchased in the webshop.
- The purchase amount, excluding shipping charge, will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
- Returning items is at your own risk. It is advisable to request ‘proof of shipment’ for return shipments.
The following purchases are not subject to (and therefor excluded from) a client’s legal Right to Return:
- Jewellery specially designed and created for you.
- Special made-to-measure jewellery, all ‘made to order’, ‘custom(ised)’ and ‘bespoke’ orders.
